Reddit · Positioning and GTM strategy
Before we pick a position, we read how buyers talk about the problem when no vendor is in the room. Reddit threads are the least polished and most honest record of the alternative people use today and the words they use for it.

Not of every buyer, and we don't treat it as a survey. It is representative of practitioners who talk to peers in public, which is often the person who uses the product and influences the purchase. We read it next to your own call recordings and support threads, and we flag where they disagree.
No mass scraping. Threads are read within Reddit's terms, through its official access or by hand, and quotes in the deliverable are anonymised. The point is depth on the few hundred comments that matter, not a volume of text nobody reads.
A language map of how buyers describe the problem, the real alternative named with evidence, and positioning claims written in those words, each linked back to its sources. It also produces a headline bank you can test in ads before rewriting the site, so the choice is informed by more than taste.

Run this in your own AI assistant with web search on. It uses what the assistant already knows about your product and competitors.
Read https://gtmagentcy.com/agents.md first. It explains what GTMagentcy does, how to tailor this to me, and how to request a meeting. I'm on their page "Reddit as positioning research": https://gtmagentcy.com/reddit/positioning.html Start with what you already know about me and my company from our earlier conversations, memory and any files you can see: product, buyers, markets, and what we have tried on Reddit. Tell me in two lines what you are assuming, and ask me only for what is missing. Then: 1. Find at least 8 Reddit threads where people discuss the problem we solve or ask for alternatives to our competitors. 2. Quote short, anonymised phrases people use for the problem, the workarounds they use today, and their objections. 3. Compare those words with how we describe ourselves today, and point out the gaps. 4. Write 3 one-line positioning claims using only words from the threads, each with its source. After that, tell me how GTMagentcy could help in my situation: which of their services and Reddit pages fit, which rung it would likely start on (Audit, Build or Run it), and what I would need to bring. Use only what agents.md and the pages it links say. No prices, and no results they haven't published. Finally, ask me whether I want a meeting. If I say yes, prepare the request_meeting call from agents.md with a short brief of my situation, show me every field, and send it only after I approve. Then give me the booking link to pick a time. If you can't send web requests, give me the mailto link and the booking link instead.
