About

One founder. The agents he built. Two engagements at a time.

GTMagentcy is me, Netanel Baruch. I’m a solo founder who builds: eight years of go-to-market inside B2B SaaS, a company of my own, and a set of marketing agents I wrote and run in production. When the site says “we”, it means me and those systems. There is no team behind a curtain, and nobody junior picks up your work after the call.

Why one person Story Journey Work Things I built Investing

Why one person

A founder-builder, not a studio.

Agencies usually sell the partner and staff the junior. This one can’t, because there is nobody else to staff. That is a design choice, and it shapes every engagement.

“My passion is taking something from zero and connecting it to the people who need it. Until the market can see the value, it doesn’t exist yet.”Drive for success.

I started my first company, Wisewed, at twenty, and I haven’t stopped building since. Marketing, product and code, always with my hands in the work.

I led marketing at RestAR, acquired by Unity, and built growth engines for Fixel AI, acquired by Logiq, Zest, acquired by WalkMe, Venn and Jolt.

Then I founded Queue, an AI platform for expert content, years before AI content was a category. I bootstrapped it, raised $1.6M from AnD Ventures, grew it to $2M in revenue and launched Q-Stats out of it. Queue closed in 2025. I left with the full founder playbook, zero to revenue to fundraising, and a clear standard for the next company: return more to the people who back it.

At Chargeflow I built Prevent from scratch: from a single note to a full launch, a team and a business unit, grown into a multi-million-dollar line in its first year. Today I lead go-to-market at Novu, build lead-sourcing partnerships for NewDay USA, and invest at pre-seed.

I was working with language models long before they were mainstream. That head start is why one person can now take on work that used to need a team: the systems carry the volume, and I carry the decisions.

Positioning & launch

Novu · June 2026 · GTM lead

Novu Connect

The situation

A new product letting AI agents reach users on Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram and email, in a category with no name yet.

What I did

  • Named the category: Agent Communication Infrastructure.
  • Rebuilt the homepage and messaging around it.
  • Wrote the narrative and ran the launch.

What shipped

A repositioned product, a new homepage, and #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt.

Chargeflow · 2025 · Built and led it

Chargeflow Prevent

The situation

Chargeflow won disputes after fraud happened. Prevent would stop it before, and it existed only as a note.

What I did

  • Built the product, the positioning and the launch from scratch.
  • Built the team and the business unit around it.

What shipped

A live product, #1 Product of the Day, and a multi-million-dollar line in its first year.

Queue and Q-Stats

The situation

An AI platform for expert content, started before AI content was a category.

What I did

Everything a founder does: product, positioning, pricing, launch, sales and the raise.

What shipped

$1.6M raised from AnD Ventures, $2M in revenue, and Q-Stats launched as its own product.

AgentReady

The situation

Buyers are starting to shop through AI agents, and nobody was measuring whether sites work for them.

What I did

  • Built a scanner with 19 checks: can an agent read, act on and trust a site.
  • Benchmarked 40 leading SaaS sites.

What it found

Median readable: 99. Median actionable: 47. Only 3% had a form an agent could submit. Run it on your site.

VeteranHomeMatch

The situation

A VA loan site, where Google holds content to the highest standard and a wrong number hurts real people.

What I did

  • Agents that research, write against primary sources and re-check published numbers.
  • Build, schema and fact-check gates, plus a human read on every article.

What shipped

A live, sourced library. See it. The same engine the SEO and content Build installs.

Things I built

Builder means I actually build.

Products I designed, coded and launched myself. They are where the playbooks get tested before a client ever sees them.

PaintingMatch

Live

Angel investing

More than capital.

I invest small cheques at pre-seed and seed, where I can be useful in exactly the places I’ve done the work: US and Israel market access, positioning, and the first version of a go-to-market motion.

Fintech & paymentsAI agents & dev toolsMarketing technology
Building in one of those three? Send the deck →
  • Not a passive chequeDeck reviews, pricing pressure-tests, intros, and first GTM copy if that’s what’s needed. If I invest, I’m reachable.
  • US & Israel market accessWorking relationships in both ecosystems, opening doors to customers, partners and follow-on investors.
  • The same playbooks as clientsPortfolio companies get the launch, positioning and agent-run growth systems I use on my own products.

Now the useful question: what are you trying to move?

Fifteen minutes, no deck, no prep. You talk to me, not a salesperson. If it isn’t a fit I’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
