We take one part of your go-to-market and make it work.

Positioning, launch, content, paid and lead generation — plus the agent-readiness layer most products still don’t have. Every engagement is a written scope for a fixed fee, agreed before anything starts.

Where we come in

Six problems. One of them is yours.

Most engagements are two or three of these. We scope the one that is costing you money this quarter, and leave the rest alone.

“Nobody can repeat what you do.”

Sales says one thing, the site says another, and neither travels. We settle one answer — who it is for, what it is called, why they switch — and rewrite the homepage, the deck and the first line of the pitch to match.

“We get one shot at Product Hunt.”

We run the launch to win the day: the post and its assets, hunter and supporter lists warmed weeks ahead, comment duty hour by hour. The target is #1 Product of the Day, and a week two that still moves.

“Content is a backlog nobody owns.”

Not a batch of posts — a system that keeps publishing: gap research, a weekly cadence, articles written against primary sources, internal linking. Built to rank on Google and get cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity.

SEO, AEO & content systems How we help →

“Buyers ask Reddit about us. We’re not there.”

Your category is being discussed in threads you have no standing in, and they outrank you. We find the subreddits that matter, answer as a practitioner rather than a brand account, and earn the mentions that stick.

Reddit & community marketing How we help →

“There’s no repeatable way new leads arrive.”

Owned lead-gen properties that rank, vendor and referral partnerships, link building, and researched outbound from your own domain — so next month does not depend on who happened to tweet about you.

Lead generation & partnerships How we help →

“Marketing can’t ship without an engineer.”

We set the workspace up the way an engineering team works: pages and experiments in version control, scripts a marketer can run without filing a ticket, and a scorecard that is produced rather than assembled by hand.

How it works

Three ways in. Each one earns the next.

Each is a written scope for a fixed fee, and you can stop at any of them.

1

Audit

Two weeks

A fixed-scope diagnostic of one surface. Findings ranked by impact against effort — and the small fixes made, not filed.

2

Build

Six to twelve weeks

A defined project with a date. Reposition and relaunch, stand up a content engine, rebuild paid around qualified leads, or open a new channel.

3

Run it

Monthly, 30 days’ notice

We keep operating what was built. A weekly scorecard, and a short list of the decisions only you can make.

Run it follows Build, or an Audit that found a working system worth operating. It is never the first rung.

How pricing works

Fixed scope. Fixed fee. Never hourly.

You are not buying hours, and you should not want to. An hourly rate makes the slowest possible version of the work the most profitable one. Every engagement is a written scope with a price attached, agreed before anything starts. If it takes twice as long as we thought, that is our problem.

There is no proposal fee, no discovery phase to buy, and no rate card, because there is no rate. We take two engagements at a time — when they are full we will tell you that instead of stretching.

Who’s behind it

GTMagentcy is Netanel Baruch’s firm. Eight years running go-to-market inside B2B SaaS — RestAR, Fixel AI, Zest before WalkMe acquired it, Venn, Jolt, Chargeflow — plus Queue, his own company, which he started bootstrapped, raised $1.6M for, and grew to $2M in revenue. He leads go-to-market at Novu today.

He takes the call, and he does the work.

Notes

When marketers become engineers.

Marketers used to brief work out to people. Now they write instructions and agents execute. These are notes on building marketing as a system instead of buying it as a service.

No schedule and no spam. Or just read what is there so far.

Tell us what you’re trying to move.

Fifteen minutes, no deck, no prep. If it isn’t a fit we’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
