Can crypto companies advertise on Reddit?

Yes, in the listed countries, through a managed account and with a license from each country's regulator, such as MiCA authorisation in the EU, FCA registration in the UK, or FinCEN and state licenses in the US. Core crypto products are prohibited in markets including India, Brazil, Japan and Turkey.

Can a crypto exchange run Reddit ads in the UK?

Yes, if it is registered with the FCA as a cryptoasset firm and its promotions follow the FCA's crypto promotion rules, including the risk warning. The pre-check confirms the registration and the market before any creative is written.

Can NFT projects advertise on Reddit?
