How pricing works

Fixed scope. Fixed fee. Never hourly.

The scan, the score and the fix prompts are free, with no signup. What follows is how the paid work is priced.

You are not buying our hours, and you should not want to. An hourly rate makes the slowest possible version of the work the most profitable one, and it puts a ceiling on what the work can be worth. Every engagement is a written scope with a fixed price attached, agreed before anything starts. If it takes twice as long as we thought, that is our problem. If it goes faster, that is our margin — and the number you agreed does not move.

What it costs depends on the size of your site, the state of your repo, and how much of the job is fix this versus build it from nothing. We quote it on the call and put it in writing before you commit to anything. There is no proposal fee, no discovery phase to buy, and no rate card, because there is no rate.

Two engagements at a time, so there are a handful of audits a month. When they are full we will tell you that instead of stretching.

Fifteen minutes, no deck, no prep.

If it isn’t a fit we’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
